Uwajima Yellowtail (Tojima Yellowtail) is carefully raised from fry in the best fishing grounds with good tidal flow in the Bungo Channel, which is sandwiched between Shikoku and Kyushu.Thanks to the mineral-rich seawater carried by the Kuroshio Current and specially researched feed, these fish have been raised to be top-class athletes with no unpleasant odor, a fine flavor, and firm meat.
